We endeavor to prepare and deliver your meal within the estimated timeframes. However, conditions beyond our control (such as traffic volume or peak times) may cause delays. Minimum order value thresholds must be met to qualify for home delivery options.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 2 hours prior to your selected delivery or collection slot by contacting us. Cancellations made inside this window are non-refundable as fresh preparation has already started.
